Thanks for taking the time to visit us at LakeMacResorts.

We are a family owned business and have been providing self catering holiday accommodation along the East Lake Macquarie Seaboard since 1996  (Real Estate Licence No. 1112985. ABN 51 126 846 437). (See www.lakeshores.com).

We manage a number of privately owned properties at Raffertys Resort whose owners have furnished and equipped with their own unique flavour and to suit their own requirements rather than conforming with a single uniform approach that the Resort Management needs to impose.

We also manage a number of individually designed and built properties within the Resort that are totally exclusive to us.

As our owners frequently use their properties themselves, they also expect a high level of care and attention to detail in their maintenance from us.

 We have some of the finest properties at the Resort and, as the swimming pools, tennis courts, jetty, boat ramp, etc., are  community title and owned by the  property owners themselves, our guests have full use of all the Resort's amenities. (You need to pay for meals, etc. at the time of purchase as they cannot be charged to your property)

.. You select your own property, not what we allocate to you.

We treat all our properties as if they were our own and go that just that little further to ensure that your stay with us is an enjoyable one.

As we are off-site management, there is no need to check in at reception when you book with us. ... You simply go straight to your property. Access is by a security pin coded lockbox and we provide you with the code, directions and maps for your property within 7 days of your arrival.... We are also readily contactable by phone 7 days a week.

Our properties are made up ready for you on arrival with top quality bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, hand and tea towels, together with kitchen & bathroom Starter Packs and are serviced weekly for stays of over 9 nights. What to bring with you.

Our Housekeeping team are all Industry trained professionals who take pride in the cleanliness and presentation of our properties.
