To select a
date in the future, click on the "Click
HERE to select date of arrival" link above the list of properties. A
drop down calendar will appear. Select the month and year you're looking for,
using the blue arrows on the calendar, and then click on the date of your
arrival. The Availability Calendar will automatically go to that Start date. You
can also use the large grey arrows at the bottom of the Calendar to move
forwards (and backwards) in increments of 12 x nights.

Look through a property by clicking
on it's name in the list beside the Calendar. This will show you a brief
description of the property. Click the Link to go to the property's Feature page
for a full description and photos .

Use the "Calculate your BEST
DEAL rate" form below the Calendar to calculate your exact tariffs .

We give a
sliding discount depending on the length of your stay. Our
online system will automatically calculate and show you the discount as part of
your quote.

When you book to arrive
within the next 7 days, our system will automatically deduct a further 10%
discount off our normal BEST DEAL rate.

To
calculate the total rate for your stay,
fill in the "Calculate your BEST DEAL rate" form below the Calendar
and click Next.
Keep following the prompts and the system will automatically
calculate your BEST DEAL including any Last Minute discount.
If you then wish to make an on-line booking, you are asked to enter your email
address to confirm that you agree with our terms and conditions before
proceeding. If you wish to check the rate on another property or don't want to
make a booking at this stage, use your Back Button to return

To get a quote on
another property, use the Forward & Back Buttons
on your Browser to navigate.

Enter any children's ages in years. (For
infants & toddlers, enter 0 if under 12 months old.)
Children under 2 years will
automatically be
calculated as N/C.

Next
to select any options, If they are not applicable or are
not required, leave them blank and click
Next
again for your quote. Your
BEST DEAL
Rate will then be automatically calculated.

You can only
book one property at a time, however, our
system remembers your details after your initial booking (You will receive a
Password by email), making another booking easier and faster to complete . Once your first booking is completed, click the Availability tag
on the top left hand side of the form to go back to the Availability Calendar
(or use your Back Button). Click your Refresh Button
(your first booking will then show
as booked) and then re-start the booking process.

Your information is encoded and sent
through a Secure Socket Layer (128 bit) Site that will appear AFTER you have
entered your email address confirming our terms & conditions.
This is indicated
by a small padlock on either the top or bottom of your browser, depending on the
type & version you're using and the http:// part of the website address on your
browser will change to https://

If you have made an online
booking with us before, or have entered your email address on a previous visit, you will be
asked to supply a Password. This saves having to enter all your details again.
If you don't know your Password, leave it blank and it will be immediately sent to you by email.

As do many of the sites you visit
when surfing the 'net, our system uses Cookies to
communicate with your computer. If our system repeatedly asks you to select a room,
date or
number of persons after you have already done so, its an indication that your
computer's cache is full and you will need to delete the build up of Cookies from your system (Start -> Control Panel ->
Internet Options -> General -> Delete Cookies -> OK)

It's almost impossible to
make a booking in error as you need to
enter all your details first and, only then, click the the Book It button. If
you do make a mistake or enter the incorrect data, immediately reply to the
automated email you'll receive, advising us of your error and what you'd like us
to do. As we usually process our online bookings within an hour or so, ensure
you advise us quickly or Bank Merchant Fees may apply.

Unfortunately we are unable to
accept single night bookings. 2 night bookings may only be booked within 28 days of
arrival
(a small cleaning & linen surcharge
applies) and other minimum stay periods apply over School & Public Holiday
periods
